NRG GLOBAL MAKE DIGITAL FLOWMETER measures the flow rate of ANY LIQUID, which is a corrosive liquid, and requires specific materials and types of meters, such as electromagnetic flowmeters, rotameters, or mass flowmeters, to handle its properties. Common applications include refrigeration, fertilizer production, and NOx reduction systems in industrial settings, where accurate monitoring of ammonia is vital for safety, efficiency, and environmental compliance. Key Considerations for Ammonia Flow Measurement

• Corrosive Nature:Ammonia can be corrosive, so the meter's materials, such as stainless steel and appropriate seals (like EPR), must be resistant to it. 
• Fluid Properties:The temperature, pressure, and viscosity of the ammonia liquor must be considered to ensure the selected flow meter can provide accurate and stable measurements. 
• Application Specifics:Whether dealing with liquid ammonia or ammonia gas in a process like Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) for NOx control, the meter must be suitable for the specific application. 

NRG GLOBAL INSTRUMENTS MAKE magnetically float operated Top Mounted Level Switch for controlling one or multi Levels by using reed Switch. The Unit Consists of Vertical Guide Pipe (Stem), Reed Switches Are located, Magnetic Float Sliding over the Stem according to the level in the tank.

 

After passing the float, the reed relay will retain their output state. Various materials of

construction are available depending up on Service Condition. Maximum 4 Set points can be given in a Single Level Switch & Maximum stem length will be 3 Meters.
