OPERATING PRINCIPLE “NRG GLOBAL” Top Mounted Magnetic Gauge is mounted on top of the tank by a suitable process connection preferably 100 mm NB flange. A float designed for the liquid to be gauged is guided within a stilling well that rest on the process flange. The float is connected to a stem that has a magnet at the upper end moving in a chamber. The float along with the stem and magnet moves up and down with the changing in liquid levels in the vessel. On the dry side of the chamber is the Magnetic Follower Display assembly comprising of a Red & Black PP magnetic capsule housed in a glass tube filled with water. NRG GLOBAL make Tubular Level Gauge are designed for visual liquid level observation. Liquid observation is common in process industry. Tubular Level Gauge is the simplest and reliable form of level indication in atmospheric or pressurized tank applications. Tubular Level Gauges can be used to visualize the level in low or medium pressure application. NRG GLOBAL offers economical and reliable level gauges for direct reading of level in tanks / vessels. This Tubular Level Gauge consist C channel frame or tie rods, Glass tube, End blocks, and isolation valves, drain valve, Vent plug, and packing material. These level indicators are mounted on the side of the tank or vessel. These Tubular Level Indicators are mounted parallel along the tank or vessel. The level in the transparent glass tube change as the process level fluctuates. Level changes accordingly to the process level fluctuation and gives local liquid indication. Changes are directly proportional. When liquid level in tank or vessel rises level in tube rises. When liquid level in tank or vessel decreases level in tube decreases. The level of liquid inside the tank or vessel and level of liquid inside the glass tube are same. Scale mounted on C Frame of Tubular Level Gauge indicates liquid level. Magnetic Level  Gauges  are principally  designed  as  an  alternative  to  glass  level  gauges.  NRG GLOBAL offers Magnetic Level Gauges in top-bottom, top and side mounted construction  with  two  types  of  indicator  system  i.e.  Capsule  and  Bi-colour  Rollers.  Magnetic  Level Gauge is consists of three major components: Float Chamber, Float and Indicator System. Magnetic Level Gauge operates on the principle of magnetic field coupling to provide Fluid Level Information. Float  chamber  is  typically  constructed  with  nonmagnetic  pipe  having  process Connections  that matches  to  the  vessel  connections.  Float  size  and  weight  is  determined  by  the process  fluid, pressure,  temperature  and  the  specific  gravity  of  the  process  fluid.  Float  contains magnets  to provide 360 ̊magnetic flux field.

 

DESIGN FUTURE:

Indicator  system  is  consists  of  bi-colour  rollers  equipped  with  magnets  mounted  on  rail  inside  the housing.  As  the  level  starts  rising  or  falling  magnetic  float  also  travels  with  liquid  level  in  non magnetic chamber. The magnetic interaction between magnets in float and bi-colour rollers causes each roller to rotate 180 ̊. We are providing high & low Level Switch adjustable.
