All float operated liquid level controls operate on the basic buoyancy principle which states "the buoyancy force action on an object is equal to the mass of liquid displaced by the object." As a result, floats ride on the liquid surface partially submerged and move the same distance the liquid level moves. Because of this, they are normally used for narrow level differential applications such as high level alarm or low level alarm.

 NRG GLOBAL MAKE side-mounted float level switch is suitable for liquid level control of open or bearing pressure container in industrial process. When the liquid level reaches to high or low limit, relay contact point can be as signal alarm device or the switch in electronic pump circuit. It is used in water treatment, petrochemical, furnace, shipyard etc. It is widely applicable in the condition of high viscosity, high pressure, high temperature because of it is flexible structure, and it can replace the UQK series products.

Working principle

To use of liquid buoyancy principle. When the floating ball due to buoyancy and moving up and down, the magnetic reed switch in the junction box will be action when it is influence by the arm end magnetic. The same principle is used in the micro switch device. To use of magnets and magnet micro switch arm end of mutual exclusion movement to push the micro switch action.
