Process signal indicators are available in for 4-20mA/0-10VDC applications. Designed for easy programming (with only one-page manuals) and fast, no-hassle installation (with color-coded wire sensor terminals), they feature large, 4-digit LED displays that are easily read from a distance.

These instruments are designed for use industry standard 4-20mA/0-10VDC signal applications, and offer a 24VDC power supply to power the signal loop.

NRG offer scalable input of pressure, two programmable alarms, and retransmission of process values. Models are available in 90-260VAC or with 24VDC power supply. Sensor excitation is supplied via a 10VDC supply for transducers and a 24VDC supply for amplified output transmitters.

 

NRG 4-20mA loop-powered display provides a local display for 4-20mA transmitters with a 4-pin connection system.

Diaphragm seal systems are used for demanding measuring requirements with extreme medium temperatures of -90 °C up to +400 °C in the process industry. The diaphragm seal assemblies protect the measuring instrument from aggressive, corrosive, heterogeneous, abrasive, highly viscous or toxic media.

With this service, the total costs of the diaphragm seal system can be clearly lowered. In this way, the service life of the measuring instrument can be fully utilised and only the diaphragm seal assembly needs replacement or repair, preventatively or after failure. With preventive maintenance, scheduled in line with planned shutdowns to your plant, you can reduce downtimes.

Service can be done both on a mounted process transmitter as well as on a mechanical measuring instrument. Depending on the application case, the service life of the process transmitter is longer than that of the wetted parts. Therefore, only in rare cases must defective diaphragm seal systems be replaced completely, i.e. including the process transmitter. By re-using the process transmitter, WIKA offers a service package with clear cost savings.

With the replacement service, through the exchange of the diaphragm seal, the TCO (total cost of ownership) of the measuring location can be reduced considerably.

sanitary pressure transmitters have a flush diaphragm which is suitable for the measurement of viscous fluids or media containing particulates that may clog the pressure connection of standard transmitters.

The transmitters have piezoresistive technology which incorporates a silicon sensor. The diaphragm and wetted parts are 316L stainless steel.

The stability of the silicon element allows the transmitter to be operated at a higher temperature range; at the same time this makes the zero and sensitivity thermal shifts over the whole operating temperature range of the transmitter very small.

The diaphragm seal is a pressure-transmitting, diaphragm-type device. The pressure signal is sent to the cooperating pressure measuring device (pressure transmitter, pressure gauge) through manometric liquid filling the space between the separating diaphragm of the seal and the pressure measuring device.
