NRG GLOBAL MAKE Magnetic Level Gauges, MLG Series are in widespread use throughout process industries for local level indication of costly, corrosive and viscous liquids including water at saturation temperature in tanks or for interface applications in ambient conditions or under pressure and temperature conditions. Basically designed as an alternative to sight and gauge glass devices, the MLG is now commonly used in both new construction and plant expansion.                                                                                                      

The float guide pipe prevents sideways movements of float and also sudden movement of float due to turbulence. The level gauges have etched SS scale for level indication. These can be of two types: Flapper Type and Capsul Type.                                                                                          

Magnetic level gauges are precision engineered and manufactured to indicate liquid level accurately, reliably, and continuously. These units are completely sealed and require no periodic maintenance. MLGs also eliminate vapor or liquid emission problems common with sight and gauge glasses.

NRG GLOBAL make  Tubular Level Gauge are designed for visual liquid level observation. Liquid observation is common in process industry. Tubular Level Gauge is the simplest and reliable form of level indication in atmospheric or pressurized tank applications. Tubular Level Gauges can be used to visualize the level in low or medium pressure application. NRG GLOBAL offers economical and reliable level gauges for direct reading of level in tanks / vessels. This Tubular Level Gauge consist C channel frame or tie rods, Glass tube, End blocks, and isolation valves, drain valve, Vent plug, and packing material. These level indicators are mounted on the side of the tank or vessel.

      These Tubular Level Indicators are mounted parallel along the tank or vessel. The level in the transparent glass tube change as the process level fluctuates. Level changes accordingly to the process level fluctuation and gives local liquid indication. Changes are directly proportional. When liquid level in tank or vessel rises level in tube rises. When liquid level in tank or vessel decreases level in tube decreases. The level of liquid inside the tank or vessel and level of liquid inside the glass tube are same. Scale mounted on C Frame of Tubular Level Gauge indicates liquid level.

“NRG GLOBAL” Top    Mounted    Magnetic    Gauge    is    mounted  on  top  of  the  tank  by  a  suitable  process  connection preferably 100 mm NB flange.  A float designed for the liquid to be gauged is guided within  a  stilling  well  that  rest  on  the  process  flange.  The  float  is  connected  to  a  stem  that  has  a  magnet  at  the  upper  end  moving  in  a  chamber.  The  float  along  with  the  stem  and  magnet  moves  up  and  down  with  the changing in liquid levels in the vessel. On  the  dry  side  of  the  chamber  is  the  Magnetic  Follower  Display  assembly  comprising  of  a  Red  &  Black  PP  magnetic  capsule  housed  in  a  glass  tube  filled  with  water.  As  the  float  tracks  the  liquid  level  the  magnet  inside  the  float  magnetically  couples  the  Red & Black PP capsule and the  capsule will remain magnetically  coupled  and  the  level  can  be  read  off  directly

NRG GLOBAL  Introduced magnetically float operated Top Mounted Level Switch for controlling one

or multi Levels by using reed Switch. The Unit Consists of Vertical Guide Pipe (Stem), Reed

Switches Are located, Magnetic Float Sliding over the Stem according to the level in the tank.

After passing the float, the reed relay will retain their output state. Various materials of

construction are available depending up on Service Condition. Maximum 4 Set points can be

given in a Single Level Switch & Maximum stem length will be 3 Meters.

NRG MAKE Magnetic level gauges work on the principle of communicating vessels, therefore the level in the measuring chamber will be the same as the level in the vessel. The measuring chamber is fitted with a float, which has a magnet inside. The float with magnet will float on the medium and the magnet in the float will turn the flaps of the indicating rail.

The float in the measuring tube is standard not pressurized and has no magnetic or mechanical guidance. This construction makes the float less dangerous than a float which is standard pressurized. When necessary Hadro can produce a pressurized float.

With the below mentioned process conditions it is possible to select a float which will float on the medium.
